Our process for receiving your flowers, and returning them with care
Step #1
Once we receive your booking deposit, we will send you a detailed and easy to follow step by step instruction sheet the week before your wedding for securely packing your flowers for one of our trusted carriers to pick up right at your door the next business day following your wedding. If you have already dried or artificial flowers, we also have an easy to follow guide for transportation.
Step #2
The day before transportation, we will send you a shipping label to print and affix onto the box you have selected for your flowers. We serve all of Canada and beyond, and may use express shipping if you are in a remote location. Shipments to and from our studio are at owners expenses. We usually receive the flowers the next day and only use trusted carriers like UPS and Fedex. We can on occasion use Canada Post for PO boxes if you have no other physical address available, however we cannot garantee next day delivery with Canada Post.
Step #3
Once we receive your precious flowers, we will contact you to let you know we have received your blooms. We will then carefully select the best blooms and begin the preservation process the same day to ensure best results. If you have chosen a pressed flower frame, we will press your flowers in a way that they retain colours as best as possible, and if you have chosen a resin piece or 3D flower frames, we will preserve them in a way that the flowers will keep their shapes and colours.
Step #4
Once your flowers are completely dried, usually between 1 to 2 weeks, we prepare them for pieces you have chosen and coat them with a protection sealant specially made for flowers before adding them to a frame or resin piece. We will ensure to keep you updated on the progress of your order and give you a timeframe on when your order will be ready. For larger pieces like thick clocks or tables, we usually have a timeframe of 2 to 4 months. For pressed flower frames, we currently have a timeframe of 1 to 3 months, as this is a new item we are offering as part of our wide selection of pieces. Timeframes may vary depending on amount of orders we have, and may be longer during the summer months and leading up to Christmas.
Step #5
Once your order is ready, we will contact you and let you know of the remaining balance to be paid before we ship to you. Of course, we will show you photos and videos of your finished order. We have preserved flowers for over 6 years. We are experienced resin artists and you can count on our craftmanship to deliver a truly unique, personalized and stunning result.
